Unireefer Group welcomes the new vessel Cool Elegance in Ecuador!

We’re proud to celebrate the arrival of Cool Elegance, making its first call at our partner terminal, Contecon Guayaquil. This new addition to the Cool Carriers fleet enhances our Baltic service, bringing greater capacity and efficiency to Ecuador’s refrigerated exports.

The arrival of Cool Elegance marks an important boost for Ecuador’s foreign trade, strengthening connections with European markets and supporting competitiveness in the growing global demand for fresh produce.

With 25,000 m³ of temperature-controlled cargo holds and deck space for 300 reefer containers, Cool Elegance combines power and precision. Measuring 189.9 m in length and 30.7 m in beam, the vessel is equipped with five 40-ton cranes and powered by a MAN-B&W 7G60ME-C9 engine, reaching speeds of up to 22 knots — built to move perishable goods efficiently across oceans.
